Hi, I've a Word .doc in which I would like to 'lock' some of the pages to stop them being edited but still be able to edit the following pages, is this possible?
eg 16 page .doc Lock pages 1 to 14 Still able to edit pages 15 to 16 (to then add more)
Thanking you in advance

Probably not. What version of Word are you using?

I just played with the Protect Document feature in Word 2003 and it allowed me to choose the regions of a protected document that I want to allow users to edit.
I don't know if you can choose specific pages - didn't see the ability to do that - but I was able to use my cursor to highlight non-contiguous regions of text that the user was allowed to edit.
