I just upgraded to MS Word 2002 and now when I print a document, the letters all stack up on the left-hand margin, right on top of each other. It appears that way on the print out and on the screen. It does not happen every time and in fact, most times it prints fine. The document in question does have some field codes and macros in it and it is a protected form. Most times I can just reboot and the document will print fine again. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Make a start by the fix for numerous MS Word problems.

Do a search for and delete all copies of the MS Word template file called.

normal.dot

when you restart Word it will recreate the file.

normal.dot is the blank page that appears when you start Word. It frequently becommes corrupt and can cause all manner of different problems.
