winword.exe not found

The original problem was that the template wizards were not installed on the server. The message said that data1.msi was not on the server. I don't know how to install it on the server. Thus, I tried installing the templates on the local computer by selecting the data1.msi form the office cd1. But now, winword.exe is not found and word will not open. Anybody know how to fix this problem? Anybody know how to install template wizards on the server for everyone to access? Thanks
