WinFAX PRO Memory Error?

Intermittently our fax station PC will get an error reported from WinFAX:
Memory Error Please check your memory and hard disk
Google didn't turn up squat on this error, neither did symantec support. Thinking this was a hardware issue (ram module/motherboard etc) we replaced the motherboard/memory/cpu. The system still retained this error. There is plenty of disk space on the drive (over 40gb remaining). Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
