It's called a hard drive, not a hard driver. And the title of your posts says Why I can reinstall. What does that mean? Are you asking if you can reinstall or are you having troubles reinstalling it?

Do you have the Recovery CD's that came with your system? You should be able to reinstall it using those. If the OS came on a recovery partition on your old hard drive, you will need to call Acer and order the CD's.

If you have recovery CD's then you don't need a recovery partition. Boot to the CD and follow the instructions or read the users manual.
