hi there.
my friend is producing a cartoon book of his own stories which captions and he's asked him to help him. which is a free download to convert files such as jpeg after i have scanned them and the convert to pdf format? does anyone know of a simple program to convert to pdf's? thanks very much

PDFCreator is one of the best (and free). Any application that can print can print to a PDF:
