✔ Best Answer
you might be able to use this?

put this into cell D9

=IF(A7>0;"hello";"")

change the value of A7 to your origin cell

I am sorry, but on this one, I am having trouble with the language barrier. I believe you need a pie chart(this part makes sense) but I am not how that if statement effects that? Sorry that my interpretation skills lack in this. Is there perhaps a different way to describe what you want?

I believe that the OP wants the value in the cell to show up even though there is a pie chart covering the cell.

My guess is that he wants to add text (or a value) to the pie chart, with that text/value being the result of a formula.

Thank you DerbyDad03, sometimes I am a real idiot, it makes more sense now. I have never tried to do this before, however you could in theory attempt to change its arrangement to send it to background. This may be enough to accomplish what you are asking.

Otherwise, you may have to ask a new question with this in mind, or hope that someone smarter than me comes along. (I probably shouldn't have posted a reply initially, except that I knew a solution to the first half of the question, sorry for posting a response to half the question.)
