Weird word spaces in Word

I'm working with Word 2002 and I have a problem with just bought font called Swift.
When typing words into document Swift leaves about three times more space between every word than for example Minion or Times. And I can't get that wordspace smaller. Wordspacing works properly with Adobe InDesign with Swift font but not with MS Word.
