Not sure if I am in the right area but here goes.

I have a laptop that only connects to the internet once a day for about 15 minutes as I am traveling alot

Is there a piece of software that can do the following.

I give it a website address and it downloads the "page" which I can view at anytime without being connected to the internet. When it get connected to the internet it will check to see if those pages have changed and if they have it updates to the new one. I have tried Web Watcher and it kind of does the job but it is way to expensive.

Any suggestions. I am running Win7 64bit.
