Solved VLOOKUP problem/poser providing a list

Hi there,
Just a random little poser regarding VLOOKUP

In Cell D2, I have a value, lets say that value is 15

I have a list of values in Column E, from E2 to E32
I have a list of names in Column F, from F2 to F32

What I would like to happen is that all Names in Column F that have the value 15 in Column E be listed in Column H from cell H2

Is this possible? I have looked in various forums but can not find what I think I require

I think understand what you want, so try this:

With your data like:

     D E F
 2) 15 5 alpha
 3) 7 beta
 4) 9 gamma
 5) 12 delta
 6) 15 epsilon
 7) 17 zeta
 8) 20 eta
 9) 5 theta
10) 7 iota
11) 9 kappa
12) 12 lambda
13) 15 mu
14) 17 alpha
15) 20 beta
16) 5 gamma

In cell H1 enter the formula:

Drag down to row 32,
You should have only those names from column F that correspond to 15 in column E.

See how that works for you.

Mike, thanks for your response but I have had to go a completely different route on this due to changes in data that I have. I will keep this as a reference if the problem reappears
