Vlookup across multiple worksheets

Specs: Windows XP
I am developing a spreadsheet to track when a letter is sent by someone in my group for a specific company. The first Sheet "Sheet1" is my tracking sheet.

I want to build a function that will look through all of the worksheets and find a specific company name for the correct column search.

For example this formula worked for a single worksheet. =VLOOKUP($B6,Cassaday!D$5:$S$300,1,FALSE)

I want the tracking sheet to show that a letter was sent when the formula can find the company's name within the set range.

Example: I want it to search for company 1 throughout each worksheet a range of column D "Sales reports for 2011" and once it finds that company 1 once that it indicates it on the tracking sheet with the company 1 in the "Sales reports for 2011" column.

I hope this helps... I really need some guidance on this.
