Hi! VBA moron and excel intermediate here, thanks in advance for any help!

I have an excel 2010 sheet containing rows of employee information. Here is a sample (hope it works, ignore formulas please):

I need to duplicate this list on another sheet of this workbook, but including only active employees. I am looking for a macro that would populate only rows where column L contains a value (X, in this case).

Please let me know if you need more information!
