Specs: Windows 7
I have used the following function

=IF(FIND("Third Party",C2),(P2*515),(P2*717))

However when the cell does not contain "Third Party" it comes back with an error

The FIND() function returns the #VALUE error if it does not find a match,
and it is also case sensitive so your string Third Party is NOT the same as third party.

What you need to do is use the SEARCH() function, which IS NOT case sensitive,
so your string Third Party will match the string third party.
and you need to check for the error value first, so something like this should work:

=IF(ISERR(SEARCH("Third Party",C2)),(P2*717),(P2*515))
