using if function for 3 outcomes is this poss

Specs: Windows 7
i am using an array table with my data and i want to get defined results from that. I want to determin that if the critieria fits the high med and low risks that is will show them in the main spreadsheet cell .

=IF('Protocol Formulas'!J4:J24=3,"HIGH RISK SERVCE",IF('Protocol Formulas'!J4:J24=2,"MEDIUM RISK SERVICE","LOW RISK ATTENDANCE"))

I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Your formula will return the correct values, assuming it is used in a Row within the Range specified (Rows 4:24).

Outside of those Rows it will return #VALUE.

I'm curious: Why did you use the Range syntax (J4:J24) instead of just referencing a single cell and dragging it down?
