Urgent help for copy/move of inbox

OS: win 98 and winXP
CPU/Ram: 256 MB

Sir,
I have two computers, first one is p-III (win 98) and new one is p-IV (windows-XP).
Both are connected to LAN. Now i want to copy/move my inbox (outlook express 2000) to p-IV computer.

Can anybody help me?

folders which contain incoming mails are : *.dbx . have a search about it to have the exact path in ur pc . On 98 it's on windows\applications data\identities\
