Office 2003 Student & Teacher has a licence system for 3 PC's.
If you buy any 2007 Upgrade (Pro, etc), will that upgrade update ALL THREE installed 2003 S&T's, or just one?

I think that that is something you might have to ask Microsoft. Accoding to the EULA Office 2007 Pro, you can install it on one PC and one portable device. That is what I did, and had no problems with registering it.
