Any useful sites for information, tips etc on updating from Office 97 to Office 2003 - other than Microsoft? I need to look at differences in all the standard applications, Word, Excel, Access, PPT and Outlook? Thanks.

I will tell you one huge difference, which may make you pause and reconsider.
Office 2003 is not backward compatible. Yes you can import old files into it, but it won't let you uninstall then go back to a prior version of Office. From what I hear, it also won't allow you to keep an older version installed alongside, which Office 2000 and 2002 did allow.
