I used to prepare monthly progress report where i have to delete the figures under monthly column whenever there is no expenditure during the month also i have to enter figures whenever there is expenditure. I want the Commulative and yearly columns kept updating the figures as shown below:

I'm not sure what you are asking us to help with. It looks like you need simple SUM formulae.
Please give us some more details.

Derby, sum formula doesn't work here as when i delete the figures under monthly column, the figures under commulative and yearly also get reduced which i don't want and also i want the monthly figures added automatically in commulative and yearly columns whenever there is a new figure in the following months.
