I have imported data into Excel from an Acess query. My problem is that it does not update unless I delete the query and re-import. I think it's because it's embedded and not "linked." I need it to update everytime the spreadsheet is opened. Thanks.

If you import, you'll get a copy of the current data. It will be a "point in time" copy.

You could set up to do a delete and reimport each time.
Or you could link the table, and do a delete and relink each time.

I have set up a macro that allows them to select my command button and refreshes the data. I was expecting that when the spreasheet was opened that Excel would ask the user if they wanted to update or not, like other links. Not quite sure why it doesn't do that?? but I've accomplished the bare minimum of what I need. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!
