Solved Universal Labels not listed in MSWord Label/Option/Vendors.

Specs: Windows 7
I have Universal Inkjet Printer Labels (80203), and I don't see "Universal" under "Vendor" in Label Options. Which Vendor is compatible in MSWord 2007, with "Universal"? I want to print on labels that are 4" x 1" and 2 vertical rows of 10.

If your particular label isn't listed then you need to create a custom sized label in the label dialogue box by clicking on 'new label' under 'options' and put in the appropriate dimensions, pitch, number, base size, layout etc., then just save it.

Thank you for your response. I tried putting in a custom size, while the height, width and number of labels to a page was easy, I didn't understand what vertical and horizontal pitch was.

When you are inputting the sizes there should be a diagram above showing what the 'pitch' refers to. It's essentially the distance from the edge of one label to the same edge of the next label ie top edge of one label to the same top edge of the next label etc. This gives the program a figure for the gap between each label.

Aha, further examination of diagram with your description helps me to see what the pitch is referring to. I did see the diagram before but it just didn't make much since then. Thank you and I got it!!!!
