Hi

I have office 97 installed on this desktp and i need to re-install. Short of reformatting the hard drive what can i do? If i attempt to remove through add/remove programmes it tells me to put in the CD, which I do. The CD then takes me through an installation and at no time gives me the option to completely uninstall. Also, when it reinstalls it doesn't repair the problems that were necessitating the uninstall in the first place.

So how can I remove office completely?

Cheers

Tom

Instead of going thru Add/Remove just insert the CD. The Auto-run of the CD should offer the Uninstall or Repair.

What is the problem?
