CPU/Ram: P-11 - 64 MB

I hv created and saved one excel file some time back. It is a normal excel file. Now when I try to open it, Excel is giving an error "Unable to read file".
I tried to open from another computer, when i click the file name, nothing is happening, only blank excel screen is appearing.
What could be worng with the file? How to restore it?
Pls help.

Try to open it with notebook to see wot it looks like. Neither try to "import" it in excel usin tool/external datas...?
