Turn rounding feature off in Excel

I need to know how to turn off the "rounding up" feature in Excel 2010. For example...if I don't want 25.50 to round up to 26, how do I stop that from happening?

Excel does not automatically round values up, so there is nothing to "turn off".

Put 25.50 in 2 cells and SUM them. I'll bet you'll get 51, not 52.

I suspect that your cells are formatted so that they do not display any decimal places. This will make it appear as if the numbers have been rounded up, but in fact they have not been.
