Comment:

I'm trying to transfer Outlook files from one computer to another I did it successfully exporting as a personal.pst file but since I've upgraded one computer to Office XP and the other is still Office 2000 I can't upload the files exported from XP to 2000. I get an incorrect format when it tries to upload. Anyone one help or know what should be the best format file to export the information to and from. Thanks

If you are exporting out of Outlook, it can be only a pst file...
If you are going to import a pst file into Outlook, it can be only the pst format...

If you do a search for the pst file, can you find it?...if you left it on the computer, then did an upgrade without backing up your ciritcal files, you may have killed it...

If machines are on network get both pc names
share out the .pst file in a folder then run to the machine
copy and paste the folder to new machine
then add in pst form whatever location you saved it to in outlook
