Specs: Windows XP
Hi, I have created a spreadsheet and woul like to to the following please:

I would like to populate a table with all the current products for a product name (this I will have to do for the first time)

Then I would like to be able to add to column C and that would automaticall populate the product line to increase by 1 for the following 12 months

Or alternatively add a number to column E that would populate that product line with +1 for 18 months and then it would cease to exist giving

Then i should be able to track on monthly basis the number of each line.

The following is the example

Tracking sheet
Products Name
BB L2 L3 May-12 Jun-12 Jul-12 Aug-12 Sep-12 Oct-12 Nov-12 Dec-12 Jan-13 Feb-13 Mar-13 Apr-13 May-13 Jun-13 Jul-13 Aug-13 Sep-13 Oct-13 Nov-13 Dec-13
AA L2 L3 19
CC L2 L3
DD L2 L3
EE L2 L3
FF L2 L3
GG L2 L3
HH L2 L3
LL L2 L3
KK L2 L3
OO L2 L3

Many thanks

Not sure what your trying to do,
but it looks like you want to add one month to a Date.

If this is what you want try this formula:

As an example, put your Start Date in cell A1,
then in Cell B1 enter this formula:

Next, drag it across as many cells as needed.

You can then format the date in the style you want.
