Hi, i have another doubt how to merge the multiple columns into a single column. For Eg.1st column has xx 2nd column has yy, i want the 1st column to have both the values xxyy. Can you please help?

In C1 use:
=CONCATENATE(A1,B1)
or simply
=A1&B1

Then drag your formula down C column or place the cursor over the bottom right hand corner of C1 and double click to drag it down automatically.
