To convert a JPEG file into editable format.

Specs: Windows XP
Hello!

I have a document which is in JPEG format. I have to type it, attach a picture and sign. How can i type the document without taking out the print out. There are some softwares which can convert JPEG into Word but not vice versa.
Please help me as i have to do it as soon as possible.

You will need OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert the jpeg into a document you can edit.

There are many free OCR programs on the Web, just do a search for Free OCR software..

The one I have used in the past is called SimpleOCR, it does a decent job of converting.
