I have a ***.iso.part file to be burnt as an iso image. How do I get the burning program to recognize it and burn it as an *.iso image ?

You need to join all the separate parts of the ISO file together before you can burn it as a complete ISO image to a CD or DVD. When you've joined them all up, you will have a single, larger file with the extension .ISO which your burning software will recognise.

Joining part files together needs WinRAR or similar software.
