ok to start off i havent used excell for well never. the version i used was ms spreadsheet i think with works 3 on win3.1 so im rusty. what i want to do is build a graph up to show a trend of data from a file. the data is disk space used on about 19 servers. the objective is to create a graph that show the trend and predicts the trend for comming months. i can dump the info into a file quickly but i want to know how the file should be set out. some of the data is missing from the past up untill recently i only have data for each server from once a month now i have it every day. so how do i adjust the graph to show this. and how do i make it show the predictive part?
