I'm having the same problems as the post dated Sept 12, titled Office XP won't update or uninstall.
The problem being that the FIX described in the post didn't work.
The message I get now when I try to un-install Office is: "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."
What does this mean? I'm not very software savvy. What would the source be, and how do I verify it? What if I can verify it and it still says that I need to verify it? What do I do? I'm confoozled!
