Hi.
When I send a meeting request and tick the
'all day event' box, the recipient receives it and
it does not show as 'tentative'. If I simply leave
the box unchecked and use specific times, the
recipient receives it as tentative. They should
all be set as tentative until accepted.

I have Outlook 2007 and the recipient 2003.
Could that be anything to do with it?

Regards

I could be wrong but I think All Day Events are not like meetings since they don't occupy a specific time on a calendar.

I don't believe that All Day events are "acceptable" in the normal manner, I think they are just basically notifications to the recipient that they either post to their calendars or don't.

At least that's the way it is where I work.
