This is the sync error I got in Outlook - I've redacted all user info and file and folder names. getting very nearly the same information in a message on one of our workstations. One difference that points us, perhaps, in a direction to investigate is line 9. While yours says "The client operation failed.", mine says "Unknown Error." Also, my problem seems to occur with a single message, yours repeats once in the example given. (minor difference is sync version). In any event.. I suggest looking into why the client operation failed. Perhaps a review of the event log will indicate a shutdown in this time frame, or perhaps some other way the process could have been disrupted. hth..
