Sync error in Outlook - no idea why

OS: WIndows XP SP2
CPU/Ram: 2.4 GHz / 2 GB

This is the sync error I got in Outlook - I've redacted all user info and file and folder names. The link provided by Microsoft in the message is null and searching Microsoft Support produces no results.

getting very nearly the same information in a message on one of our workstations. One difference that points us, perhaps, in a direction to investigate is line 9. While yours says "The client operation failed.", mine says "Unknown Error." Also, my problem seems to occur with a single message, yours repeats once in the example given. (minor difference is sync version).

In any event.. I suggest looking into why the client operation failed. Perhaps a review of the event log will indicate a shutdown in this time frame, or perhaps some other way the process could have been disrupted.
