Symbol don't print out

Hi all, My laptop connect to a Lexmark E321 printer from another computer and my Ms Word doesn't print out all symbol (from menu Insert --> Symbol) and Black Arial font. So could some body help me please.

I had tried your advise but nothing is working. And this error happend teh same to another computer of mine. it means we can see perfectly in Print Preview but not on print out paper. The error are no print out of bullet, Black Arial font and some new font which i install after Windows installation. i really need your helps, thank you in advance
