Please help me with this: when I'm closing Word 2003 under XP, the foolowing message appears: "AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 11.0.6113.0 AppStamp:40077019 ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 ModStamp:00000000 fDebug: 0 Offset: 019f3748" "Code: 0x0000005; Address: 0x00000000019f3748 winword.exe, Checksum:0x00b88c11" "LOCALS~1\Temp\1072562.cvr" I have uninstalled the Office 2003 package and reinstalled it several times, trying to install from complete to typical, but the error occurs again. I have installed the last Microsoft updates, but the error persists!!! What should I do next???? I am desperate!

Please clarify the nature of your problem? When you close Word it pops up with the aforementioned message, but does your data not save? Are you unable to use word??
I am able to use it, it saves data, but always the following error message appears: "An error occured and this feature is no longer functioning properly...."
