speech recognition in word 2007

hi, this might be a very easy question but in word 2007 i cannot work out how to use speech recognition. Is it in there? if so how do i use it?

I don't have access to Word 2007 but isn't that Text to Speech versus Speech to Text? Bryan

it somehow worked, i don't have a clue how i did it but it now works. by the way in office 2007 there is no tools!
