I'm currently running office 2003 and i'm trying to reduce the amount of printed pages for my worksheets. Currently, my worksheet looks like this:

1. 23051
2. 10212
3. 35656
4. 56891
...
-- End of page --

etc...

I want my page to look like this though...

1. 23051 -- 15. 012354 -- 30. 135840
2. 10212 -- 16. 568432 -- 31. 568484
3. 35656 -- 17. 861821 -- 32. 153813
4. 56891 -- 18. 531831 -- 33. 481355
...
-- End Of Page --

Is there anyway someone can think of to easily doing this without redoing my worsheet page by page?

You could set up a separate sheet that gets the values from the first sheet where the data is in a single column.

Or another way would be to link the spreadsheet to a word document where you have columns set up.

ASAP Utilities add-in is free and provides ~300 funtions not native to Excel. One of those functions found under Format is "The Paper Saver (Split columns)".
Works a treat for printing columns and saving paper.

Installing the utility does cause Excel to open a little more slowly but I find it to be worth it. I don't use it's functions too often but when I need one of them it is really handy to have.

It has an uninstaller too.
