Some Word documents won't print ?

Hi,
I have a strange problem. I have no other printing problems except for a few Word documents that were sent to me that refuse to print. The active toolbar just blinks continuosly? Other word documents that i've created will print fine and all files in every other program print fine? Any ideas? Is there some way to make documents unprintable in Word that i'm not aware of?
