Some font cann't print out

I use Ms Office 2003 with WinXp OS, the problem is the bullet, font Arial Black, some new fonts i add in never print out on hard copy(paper) even it's ok in print preview. I 've tried reinstall Ms Office, delete current Arial Black font and bring back this font from another computer, but no help, please somebody could help me
