Solution - Stop Outlook capitalising new lines

Is there a permanent solution without using ctrl-z or turning auto capitalisation after a sentence off that will prevent Outlook capitalising every new line?

I sometimes do emails where I want to manually start a new line without ending the sentence. For neatness I don't necessarily want to keep typing and let it wordwrap, so that is not an option.

There is only one permanent solution, and you've already mentioned it. Turn auto-capitalisation off.

The idea is to keep typing and let word-wrap take over. if that doesn't suit your way of working, too bad. Neatness? It's just an email message not a typing exam!

There was no need to respond in the manner you did.

Since you don't know who the OP is sending the emails to or what the content is, you have no way of knowing whether or not "neatness" counts.

For example, if these emails are business related, sloppiness could result in a bad first impression and cost the OP business in the long run.

I could list a number of reasons why "neatness" counts in an email, but I'll simply say that since we don't know why the OP wants to compose his emails in that manner, we should do nothing more than answer his question - or perhaps ask for more details.

Thanks for the answers. It's pretty much what I expected. Pip22 is right, we are talking about business emails where I want to format them neatly and precisely.
