Snapshot Viewer dies under XP-SP3

I am trying to view a report with IE browser. I was able to view with Snapshot Viewer Add-on when I had Office XP Pro SP-2, but since I've updated to SP-3 I cannot view the report. The Snapshot Viewer (Ver. 10) add-on is still active when I MANAGE ADD-ONS under TOOLS.
I've tried previous versions of Snapshot but still nothing but a blue background and no report.
I've gone back to previous SP of Office and was able to view the report.
