I am the system administrator for a small business of about 10 people. We are currently using ACT! 6.0 for out contact and calendar management. The owners would like to stop using ACT! and would rather use Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. From what I have seen of this program it is much harder to manage and share contacts and calendars. I would like to run something like Microsoft Exchange Server in the office but there is no dedicated server just shared storage spaces. If anyone has any way I can do this I would appreciate any suggestions. The owners are open to ideas other than outlook but want to find a solution for their contact and calendar management without using ACT! as their last option.
