Ok, I've been at this for 4 days.

I am trying to slipstream SP3 into the Office 2000 install CD.

Steps taken so far that were unsuccessful.

Attempt #1 - Install Entire Office 2000 Suite, IE and Windows Installer

a.) Created Administrative install point
b.) Downloaded Office 2000 SR-1a & SP2 Admin & SP3 Admin
c.) Slipstreamed SR-1a
d.) Slipstreamed SP2
e.) Slipstreamed SP3
f.) Ran install on client PC "[Admin Path]\Setup.exe
g.) Checked MS Office Update Site to see what still needed to be updated
h.) SP3 was not installed, but was also not available to download from there. Stated that due to previously installed Administrative updates, SP3 Administrative update need to be installed.

Attempt #2 - Install Only Updated Office 2000 Suite

a.) Created Administrative install point
b.) Downloaded Office 2000 SR-1a & SP2 Admin & SP3 Admin
c.) Slipstreamed SR-1a
d.) Slipstreamed SP2
e.) Slipstreamed SP3
f.) Ran install on client PC "msiexec /a [Admin Path]\Data1.msi REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus"
g.) Checked MS Office Update Site to see what still needed to be updated
h.) SP3 was not installed, but was also not available to download from there. Stated that due to previously installed Administrative updates, SP3 Administrative update need to be installed.

Attempt #3 - Install Only Office Suite & Windows Installer

a.) Created Administrative install point
b.) Downloaded Office 2000 SR-1a & SP2 Admin & SP3 Admin
c.) Slipstreamed SR-1a
d.) Slipstreamed SP2
e.) Slipstreamed SP3
f.) Ran install on client PC "[Admin Path]\Setup.exe noie=true"
g.) Checked MS Office Update Site to see what still needed to be updated
h.) SP3 was not installed, but was also not available to download from there. Stated that due to previously installed Administrative updates, SP3 Administrative update need to be installed.

Now, that is what I downloaded and slipstreamed.

Here's the links to the files I downloaded.

SR-1a Admin - http://download.microsoft.com/download/office2000pro/Patch/4.71.1015.sr1/WIN98MeXP/EN-US/data1.exe

SP2 Admin - http://download.microsoft.com/download/office2000prem/SP2/SP2/W98NT42KMe/EN-US/Sp2admin.exe

SP3 Admin - http://download.microsoft.com/download/office2000/sp/3/WIN98MeXP/EN-US/O2kSp3a.exe

What am I doing wrong??? Please help!!

Thanks in advance.

DUH!

Slipstreaming started with Windows 2000. Office 2000 was released before Windows 2000. You can't slipstream service packs into it!

So give up!

Uhh.... Actually you can!!!!

What you need to do is create an administrative point of Office 2000 and then apply all the patches to that adminstrative install.

Below is a website that shows how to do it for Office XP. Its exactly the same for Office 2000.

Actually AZZA is right, it works perfectly. I have done it for dozens of installations. But keep in mind PER Microsoft if your going to update an administrative installation point you do NOT need to go from Office 2k pre-sp1 to SP1 then to SP2 then to SP3. If you perform the administrative update directly to SP3 then SR1 updates will be applied.
