Have one email that won't send. Other emails leap-frog it in the queue and send fine. Can't delete as Outlook "has already begun sending" - has been there for weeks.

The way I fix this is to disconnect from the network, move the offending email into the Drafts folder and then delete it from there. No need to create another pst file.
