Shrinking outlook.pst file

I have a MS Outlook outlook.pst file that is 18,000KB big and getting bigger.
Is there anyting I can do to 'compact, compress, or shrink' this monster?

(1) Delete emails (2) Target emails with attachments (3) Save the attachments down, then delete the emails (4) Archive stuff off to non-shared drives (if you are a networked user who is over their limit) (5) Delete Sent Items (6) Delete Deleted Items (7) Donate money to a religious group which claims to be able to help.
