Hi all,
i'm just wondering is there a way to view the details of appointments when you're viewing the calendar in Outlook without having to double-click on the appointment? Each appointment currently shows Subject and Location if applicable but I'd like it to show at least the start of the details if thats possible please... using outlook 2003 by the way... thanks

You can show some of the other fields in a Calendar entry, but not the details. The only thing you could do would be to type the details in the Subject iteself.
