Hi All,
I have a computer at home which all of the family use, hence there are seperate accounts for each as none of them can agree of backgrounds, icons, screensavers and the like :-) However they all share the same e-mail account, however to do that at the moment that have to log into one account and open outlook 2003 and check the email then log out again and go back to their own account. My question is can i set it up some how so that all accounts which have outlook 2003 installed can access the same email account and send and receive mail that when another person logs onto their account they can see and send and receive e-mail? The account is held with Bigpond and is a POP3 account.
Thanks Heaps!

Been there, done that! I created a common mail account, much the simplest option because Outlook 2000 can get confused so just tell them, "This is the mail account" collect your mail & leave it alone!" After all, if it is a common account they can all see each others mail anyway.

If you want the users to all use the same account, just point their data file to the same pst file.
Personally, I would never share an email account with anyone else, especially since there are so many free accounts available, but to each his/her own.
Soylent Green is PEOPLE!!!

Tried that & it works BUT if your users SWITCH and not log off, the pst is locked by whoever has the mail client open hence my simplistic answer!
There is no reason for any individual to have a computer in their home.

I agree but slickblueman obviously doesn't!
