Hello,
I need to setup a shared calendar for scheduling purposes but the problem I'm running into is that we have a Windows 2000 based network and all of the clients are running Outlook 2003, Outlook 2000, and Outlook Express. I can't change all of the clients to a single version of Outlook due to some proprietary software we have running as well as some licensing issues that would occur. I'll be putting the calendar on our domain server for client access and we are running Pop3 mail instead of exchange.
I have searched the MSKB and help files but I'm having a hard time getting it setup so that all 3 applications can access it without problem. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Are you talking about a shared Outlook Calendar? OE doesn't have any type of built-in Calendar or access to one.
You may consider something else like Oracle or Corporate Time.

Jennifer,
Thanks for the Response. I figured that out a little while after I posted. The solution we have implemented is using a generic google account for the Calendar and then using Oggsync to sync the Google Calendar with Outlook on multiple systems. I had a hard time finding anything that would work that was within a reasonable price for 50+ users, worked on Windows 2000, and didn't require exchange.
