Using SharePoint 2010 I would like to set up the file permissions on our site in the following way: For 2 different groups of individuals:
1. I would like group 1 to be able to read, write, edit, upload, download all documents on our SharePoint Site.
2. I would like group 2 to only be able to only read or download documents in a specific folder, and all of its subfolders. Group 2 should not be able to see any other documents on the SharePoint. Is there a way to do this?
