My manager wants up to send an email to him everyday when we get in and anohter email when we leave. I try not to forget, but sometimes I do. Is there a way to have outlook send a msg to him when I start outlook in the morning and to send another msg to him in the evening when I log off automatically?
Are you using Exchange? If so, that gives you other options as well.
Or, you could use a Timeclock to punch in and out.
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

I do not want the email to be sent at a specific time, I would like it to be sent automatically when I launch outlook and anohter mesage to be sent when I log off.
