Please help, my email wont send any messages. I have messages in my outbox, but every time I press "send and recieve" an error box comes up and shuts me off outlook. It is Outlook 2003. The message is "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close" What do I do, I don't think I have downloaded any viruses, but cant be sure of that. Nothing else seems to be affected, internet seems to work fine. Please help. Thanks

Don't know what happened to my post, but I suggested you Google that error. There are lots of hits, and hopefully some will help. Or go to the MSKB and see if there's something there. Set your e-mail to work offline and delete the messages in your outbox. Go back to using it online but first download the newest service pack from Microsoft. Reboot and then resend your messages. It is an outlook error that the service pack fixes. Cheers
